WHK Wall Hood Kit Foil Bath Fan Vent Kit
Kits with hoods feature 5ft or 8ft of model UL® 181 Foil Duct WMF621, a hood and two Zip Torq™ clamps. Foil Duct WMF621 is a UL® 181 listed air connector label, used for bathroom fan venting.
KIT CONTAINS (SEE TABLE BELOW):
- 5ft or 8ft model WMF621 Foil Duct:
- Steel wire helix duct
- Multi-ply design of aluminum/polyester laminate and metalized polyester
- UL® 181 listed and labeled air connector label every 10 feet
One hood, either:
- PWM620 plastic wide mouth hood, white
- ASM320 aluminum standard mouth hood, silver
- PML320 plastic multi louver in white or brown
- Two Zip Torq™ clamps
PERFORMANCE DATA
- Recommended Operating Pressure: (determined in a 90° bend at elevated temperatures according to ADC FD 72-R1 test code):
- 6" w.g. positive - all diameters ¾" w.g. negative - all diameters
- Rated Positive Pressure: 10" w.g. per UL® 181 (determined in straight lengths at ambient temperatures).
- Temperature Range: -20°F to +180°F
- Flame Speed less than 25
- Smoke Developed less than 50
INSTALLATION: Air duct connections and joints shall be made per installation instructions outlined by Builder's Best and as required by the UL 181 listing procedure. (Installation instructions are included inside each carton.) Air connectors shall not be installed in lengths greater than 14 feet for any given run.
